Jersey City’s trendy Frankie’s restaurant launched their brunch menu and offering by hosting the Finally Home Fundraiser for Jersey City Medical Center’s Women and Maternal Services - all in support of the Medical center’s new state of the art maternity wing.

we heard from Mariekarl Vilceus-Talty, Senior Director of patient experience at Jersey City Medical Center about the launch of its new state-of-the-art maternity wing, featuring 20 private mother-baby rooms designed to promote family bonding and provide the best outcomes for families. After all, the experience of bringing new life into this world should be a pleasant one, and one you'd prefer to never forget.Close to 2,000 newborns were delivered at Jersey City Medical Center’s in 2019. The current labor-delivery area has 10 private rooms and five shared rooms.
The planned 17,500 square feet deemed the Lord Abbett Maternity wing will offer 20 private delivery rooms, all designed to also transition into mother-baby suites allowing new mothers to settle in comfort with minimal interruption to time with their babies in those first few hours.
