“The coffee at The Cliff is superior in taste. It took months until we were able to blend and roast coffee that was neither bitter nor acidic but had lots of body and an amazing flavor profile. Working with local master roaster Wing Beans we have perfected well balanced yet robust blends for both our house coffee as well as our silky cold brew.”

“We think our coffee is best served black. It stands on its own and doesn’t need the added cream or sweetness. It is earthy and you can taste chocolate, plum and wine. The roast is light to medium so it has a slightly higher caffeine content. All of the beans used are specialty Arabica coffee beans and come from both Africa and South America. They are 100% organic and responsibly sourced. Wing Beans is also both Rainforest Alliance Certified and Bird-Friendly. “
